Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
What we mean by “cookies”
This policy covers HTTP cookies and similar technologies such as localStorage, which can store small preference values on your device.
Essential storage (always active)
kib_consent_v2(localStorage) — records your cookie choices (analytics and marketing on/off) so the banner does not reappear unnecessarily. Stored only in your browser; we do not read it server-side.
Essential storage does not require consent because it is strictly necessary to remember your privacy preferences (PECR / UK GDPR).
Analytics (optional)
If you enable Analytics in the banner, we may record privacy-conscious events (for example which page paths or forms were used) through a data layer prepared for Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4. Third-party analytics scripts load only after you consent; when configured via environment variables, GTM or GA4 is injected at that point. Analytics cookies or equivalents are not set without this choice.
Marketing (optional)
If you enable Marketing, we may record attribution events (for example which conversation CTAs were used) to understand how enquiries start. We do not use advertising profiles or sell data. Marketing measurement runs only after this choice.
Third-party resources
- Google Fonts — typography from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Google receives IP address and request metadata. No analytics/marketing cookies are set on our domain by this request. - WhatsApp (wa.me) — only loads if you click through; Meta operates that service under its own policy.
How to change your choice
- Use Cookie preferences in the site footer to reopen the banner and configure categories.
- Choose Reject non-essential to disable analytics and marketing storage effects.
- Clear site data in your browser to reset all local preferences.
Changes
If we add new cookies or providers, we will update this page and prompt you to review your choice. See our Privacy Policy for broader data handling.
